How does your SEO actually work?

We fix the signals Google and AI tools use to decide who shows up: your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, on-site service and city pages, schema, and AI-citable content. Then we run that work every month and pull a geo grid so you can see exactly where you rank by neighborhood. Local visibility compounds because the proof keeps stacking. Nothing here is a one-time push.

Do you charge per lead?

No. Flat monthly retainer, and every call that comes in is yours, whether it's five that month or fifty. Per-lead pricing quietly punishes you for the months the work finally pays off, and it gives the agency a reason to throttle. We'd rather get paid the same every month and let you keep all of the upside.

Do I have to pay for ads on top of your service?

No. The whole point of SEO is to stop renting your visibility from Google Ads every month. Ads are optional, and we only suggest them when the category genuinely needs paid coverage while the organic work matures. For most local service businesses the retainer is the only spend, and it builds an asset instead of a bill you reset every 30 days.

I've tried SEO before and it didn't work. What's different here?

Failed SEO usually means one piece got worked while the rest stayed weak. We do a full system audit: GBP, citations, schema, map coverage, service pages, and AI visibility. Then we fix what's actually broken, not just whatever sounded good in a sales pitch. You see the geo grid every month, so if something isn't moving, we both know it and we adjust.

Will you build my website?

No. We refer you to vetted partners who build sites for a living. We focus on the visibility work: getting you found and getting you cited. If your current site has technical problems that hold rankings back, we'll flag exactly what to fix and hand your developer a punch list. We just don't pretend to be a web shop.

How long until I see results?

Most categories see real movement by month three to six, break-even around month six to nine, and durable top-of-market visibility past a year of steady work. We tell you that up front because the clients who quit at month three never give it time to compound. If your timeline is shorter than that, a campaign or paid ads is the honest answer, not SEO.

    What if my business has multiple locations?

    We handle that. Each location gets its own Google Business Profile work, its own citations, and its own geo grid, because Google treats every address as a separate business. SEO Essentials covers one location and SEO Pro includes two. Every location beyond that is $400 a month, and you get one combined report so you can see all of them at a glance.

    How are you different from other SEO companies?

    We run service businesses ourselves. The playbook we sell is what we use to grow our own companies: water damage restoration, holiday lighting, pest control, and a hyper-local media network. We're not a marketing company that learned SEO. We're operators who built marketing because we needed it. The work compounds because it has to. Our own businesses depend on it.

    Why $750 when I can find SEO for $300?

    Cheaper SEO is usually one person managing 40 clients on autopilot. We manage fewer clients, with monthly geo grid reporting, full GBP work, real review management, citation work, and the same AI-search visibility services bigger agencies charge $2,000 for. If the math doesn't work for your business, we'll say so on the first call.

    Why $1,500 when WebFX charges similar but throws in PPC?

    We don't sell PPC because we don't think it's the right first move for most local service businesses. PPC works for a couple of categories, usually personal injury and emergency restoration.
