ABOUT TVI
Treasure Valley Insider is not an agency that learned about service businesses. It is a group of people who run service businesses and got tired of not being able to see whether the marketing was working.
Who started it
Brayden Dunn
Founder
Brayden started Dunn Restoration, exited a pest control company, and founded lighting companies before any of this existed. Service businesses and brick and mortar. Trucks, crews, a phone that has to get answered on a Saturday, and payroll that does not care whether it rang.
He built the first version of these tools for his own companies. Not to sell. He wanted to know whether the marketing was actually working, and he wanted the answer in a form he could do something about before lunch.
That is still the test for everything here. The geo grid, the review engine, the citation checker, the portal: each one exists because a company he runs needed it on a Tuesday morning. If a tool cannot earn its keep on our own businesses, it does not go in front of yours.
His specialty is service businesses and brick and mortar, which is a polite way of saying he has stood where you are standing. Same seasonality, same hiring problem, same slow week in February. That is who this company was built for, and it is who we are still building it for.
We were the customer before we were the vendor.
Why it exists
Every owner we know has the same story. You pay somebody for marketing. A report shows up. It has impressions on it, and reach, and a chart that goes up. Nobody can tell you whether the phone rang more because of it.
We are not interested in that report. Everything on this site is pointed at one question: is this making the phone ring, and can you see it. That is why the geo grid is a picture of your position neighborhood by neighborhood instead of one flattering average. That is why you get a portal instead of a PDF.
The team
Nobody here is an account manager reading from a script. You get the person who does the work, and they have run a business like yours.

Growth Strategist, Multi-Market
Jake works with owners outside the valley. He travels for the work and runs our multi-state accounts, so a business three states away gets the same attention as one down the road.
Growth Strategist, Social
Trevor came up in car detailing and automotive, so he has sold to the same customer most of our clients sell to. He works the social side of the strategy: what your feed says about you before anyone picks up the phone.
Photos are on the way. We would rather show a plain placeholder than a stock photo of somebody who does not work here.
What we operate
These are ours, not case studies. The playbook we sell is the one we use on them.
Restoration, pest control, and lighting companies, started and run by the founder.
Our own community publication in the Treasure Valley, printed and delivered.
The portal, the geo grid, the review engine, and the reporting, built in house.
Service businesses running the same playbook, in and beyond the valley.
How we work
A short call, an honest read on where your visibility actually stands, and a straight answer about whether we are a fit. If we are not, we will point you at who is.
SEO Essentials starts at $750/mo and SEO Pro at $1,500/mo, and your portal comes with either plan. Social Media Management starts at $850/mo standalone or $650/mo as an SEO add-on. Google Ads management is a $1,000 one-time setup plus $650/mo, with your ad spend separate, and Meta ads management is coming soon. Custom Local Campaigns start at $2,500. SEO is where most clients start, and it is not everything we build: the portal itself, the review engine, digital and tap-to-share cards, custom CRM and internal tools, and Scout, the marketing app we wire into your account.
